Our Blue Mountain team-building event was a great opportunity to bring together our employees and their families for a day of connection, collaboration, and shared memories.
Throughout the day, everyone worked together toward common goals by supporting one another, overcoming challenges, and using communication, trust, and teamwork to succeed.
It was also a reminder that even coworkers who spend a lot of time together can still learn something new about one another when placed in a different environment. Our families were also able to experience the teamwork, values, and culture that make ICSC such a special place to work.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the day a success. The lessons from the day—adaptability, cooperation, and creative thinking—are the same qualities that help us succeed together in the workplace every day.
